This withdrawal form is intended solely to facilitate the withdrawal, as provided for by law for consumers, of an order placed through a so-called “online store”. Hertling offers, exclusively through its own website, the option to order packaging materials for delivery. Therefore, this withdrawal form applies solely to the withdrawal of packaging material orders placed by consumers.
In the event of a withdrawal, the consumer initiating the withdrawal bears 100 percent of the costs of returning the items to Hertling. If the packaging materials have already been delivered and used, compensation for their use must be provided. For non-reusable materials, the compensation amounts to 100 percent of the purchase price. For reusable materials, the compensation amounts to 75 percent of the purchase price.
