
The first thing to consider is the logistics of the move: sequence planning, location planning, file organisation, dismantling and re-installation of telephone and IT equipment. We will provide you with a handbook describing the individual planning phases and their sequence and will give you the details of your Client Advisors. Your existing filing system will be preserved by transporting your records in special containers. Confidential files will be placed in locked containers. Office equipment, photocopiers, file trolleys and computers packed in PC transport crates are transported in vehicles with air-suspension and a tailgate lift.
